Study.Best is not a course marketplace, a tutor directory, a school listing, an
LMS or an AI tutor. It is the discovery and orchestration layer across all of
them. A learner arrives with a goal — a subject, a job, a qualification, a
language level — and Study.Best answers with every kind of learning opportunity
that could serve it, ranked on fit with that goal.

## What it connects

- Programs: university degrees, German Weiterbildung and Ausbildung, bootcamps and professional qualifications.
- Courses: online, live, self-paced and cohort-based, from short modules to multi-month programmes.
- Tutors: one-to-one teaching, exam preparation, topic-specific help and long-term mentoring.
- Local: workshops, evening classes, Volkshochschule courses and training centres you can attend in person.
- AI-guided: adaptive modules and practice that start immediately and target what a learner keeps getting wrong.
- Certifications: professional credentials, language exams such as Goethe and telc, technical certificates and formal qualifications.

## Goal-based discovery

Study.Best works backwards from an outcome rather than forwards from a catalogue.
A goal decomposes into the competencies it requires; whatever the learner can
already do is subtracted; what remains becomes a route made of mixed learning
opportunities — a course where a course fits, a tutor where a tutor fits — ending
in something that proves the result.

## How results are ranked

Results are ordered by fit with the learner's stated goal. What a provider pays
has no effect on that order. Paid placement is labelled as sponsored and never
displaces a better match. Free options are shown alongside paid ones where they
genuinely serve the goal.

## Status

Pre-launch. This site is a single page describing what is being built. The
product opens in 2027. There is no public API, sign-up or catalogue yet.
